Habitat for Humanity of Council Bluffs

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, non-denominational, ecumenical Christian organization that relies on help from volunteers ranging from teenagers to working professionals to retired men and women. Habitat volunteers need not be skilled plumbers or carpenters. In fact, many volunteers find satisfaction in planning fundraisers, preparing lunches for work crews or working on the houses.

Habitat for Humanity has been in Council Bluffs since 1993. The group has been well supported by local businesses, churches, service groups, trust and foundation grants, individual donors and volunteers. This growing network of support enables Habitat to make more and more dreams come true every year.
